This summer just keeps getting better. Groundfishing for haddock and Cod has been amazing. The fishing at our inshore haddock spot has been great for half day charters. The shark fishing out east has been awesome. Plenty of Blue sharks and even a couple Mako sharks. Also, we have caught over 10 porbeagle sharks this summer. All were over 200 pounds. The bluefish have shown up in Provincetown so we have been making our way over there for Striped Bass and bluefish. It has been an awesome summer for all fishing and the weather has been just as good. We hope the fishing stays consistent.
A great weekend with great weather in New England
Awesome weekend on the Elizabeth Marie. Friday was the start of the weekend for the RJV Construction crew. The first Porbeagle of 2021 for the EM was caught by Celso from RJV. All others helped bring in tons of Haddock and Redfish. Monster Pollock were caught as well. A Kids Fishing Charter was Friday afternoon. There were three generations on the EM. Owen, his father Dave, and grandmother Pam. They had a great time fishing for Striped Bass, Atlantic Mackerel, Cod, and Pollock. It was a blast. Great weather and calm seas on Sunday. Haddock, Red Fish, and cusk were caught while Deep Sea Fishing out of Scituate, Ma. Oh, and not to mention another porbeagle that was hauled in by Mike from Scituate and Jax from Idaho. Great weekend fishing aboard the Elizabeth Marie. Deep sea fishing off of Boston has been great. Good start to the weekend with the Granite City Electric Supply boy out on the EM. Catching about 115 haddock and 80 some odd redfish the boys were happy with the day. Saturday was also a great day fishing out of Scituate with the boys from Long Point Electric. Their New England fishing experience was great catching over 100 haddock. A kids trip Saturday evening for a seventh birthday. Mackerel, pollock, and baby cod were caught(the cod was released). The 1⁄2 day trip on Sunday was a fun day on the water celebrating a birthday. Haddock, Pollock, and Mackerel were all caught. This was a great weekend and I’m sure there are many more to come. Great Deep Sea Fishing
This weekend didn’t only bring great weather but it also brought great Deep sea fishing. Out of Scituate Massachusetts Elizabeth Marie was on the fish all weekend. Saturday was lights out with the crew from New York. Catching our limit of Haddock which is 15 per person. All customers fished well but the star of the day was 13 year old Cheyanne. She did not stop hauling fish all day. A couple of Acadian Redfish were mixed in as well. Sunday was a bit different with an Open Boat Charter. Leaving Scituate at 5:00 am, the boys worked hard to catch a total of 80 fish. The fishing off of Boston and Gloucester MA has been great. Book for your chance to catch a great tasting Haddock.
Great Day Fishing off Boston
Saturday was a great day of deep sea fishing off Boston on the Elizabeth Marie. Weather was a little sporty but the Irish boys powered through. Haddock fishing was great. We were able to catch our limit by 9:00am. Kevin from Braintree was the star of the day slaying the groundfish all day, but nonetheless everyone put in the work.
